Terms & Conditions

  • All invoices are to be paid prior to work commencement. No final files will be released until full invoice payment has been received.
  • Unlimited changes are offered with all design packages.
  • All final files are sent upon approval of designs. The responsibility of final checking lays with the client to ensure all artwork including spelling is correct.
  • All final files will be sent in various formats and print ready where applicable, including bleed and crop marks on document if necessary.
  • For all printing ordered through Graphic Icon Art, the final file approval lies with the customer’s responsibility, no errors are the fault of Graphic Icon Art.
  • Upon final file approval, mainly logo designs, all colour break downs and codes will be sent along with files. Including fonts if required.
  • If job cancellation occurs prior to completion of job, no refund will be made by Graphic Icon Art to the client. Upon submission of the design development form, the client must agree to make no claim of refund due to job cancellation. This agreement cannot be cancelled.
